We believe in home, heart, and community. Every loaf, bagel, and cookie is handmade in small batches using high quality ingredients. Order online each week for pickup or local delivery Thursday through Saturday. Preorders open Saturday and close Tuesday at 7 PM.
Golden, crunchy, and handmade, our almond biscotti are double baked the traditional Italian way and flavored with anise. Packed with slivered almonds and perfect alongside your morning coffee or an evening aperitivo. Each order includes 8 biscotti.

Crusty on the outside with a soft, tender crumb, this tavola (Italian for table) loaf is lightly enriched and finished with a touch of sourdough for depth and a gentle tang. Made for the table, perfect for tearing, dipping, and sharing.

Our story
Doughpamine, established in 2025, is a small batch, at-home bakehouse in Middletown, Rhode Island. We specialize in family inspired Italian breads, bagels, and cookies, all baked fresh in limited quantities. Every product is crafted by hand with simple, high quality ingredients and care.
We intentionally remain small and local so each batch reflects our focus, heart, and love for the community. Baking for our neighbors, friends, and family is at the center of everything we do.
