Q: What does “cottage licensed” mean?
A: Being cottage licensed means we are approved to sell homemade, shelf-stable baked goods under Rhode Island’s cottage food laws. Doughpamine is fully licensed and compliant, allowing us to sell our products directly to you.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Middletown, Rhode Island, near the Chili’s on West Main. Our exact address is provided during purchase.

Q: How do I order?
A:
Order online weekly for pickup or local delivery Thursday through Saturday. Preorders open Saturday and close Tuesday at 7 PM. Delivery is limited to Aquidneck Island, Jamestown, and Tiverton.

Q: Is there a local delivery charge?
A:
Yes, local delivery is $6 for orders under $40. Local delivery is included on orders over $40.

Q: Can I cancel my already placed order?
A: Yes, a full refund for prepaid food orders cancelled at least 30 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. Cancellations made less than 30 hours before pickup or delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Q: Does someone need to be home for my delivery?
A: Yes, products will not be left unattended at the door. Deliveries must be received in person during the selected delivery window. If you are unavailable at that time, you are welcome to pick up your order during our regular open hours.

Q: How do I store my bread or bagels?
A: For bread or bagels eaten within a few days of purchase, store them in a paper bag or bread box on the counter. For longer storage, wrap them in plastic wrap or place them in a freezer-safe zipper bag, and freeze for up to two months for best quality.
